No relief from relief

Yep, it's time to revisit this discussion, as preliminary results are in at around the halfway point.

Here are my stats from my six leagues, with very little commentary, which of course is really hard for me:

Average spent on all relievers - 7 million
Average points per week - 51
Weighted Average rank (12 teams) - 4.41

Amazingly, I have the top relief staff in two of the six leagues. I spent 4.5 mill in one of those leagues, 9 mill in the other. The average would be less, but I have Mariano Rivera in two leagues. He hasn't played much, and frankly, hasn't scored at all.

It should also be noted that I've cut only one relief pitcher in any league, Brad Lidge, who I paid 3.5 million for.

You make the call. I still think my strategy is sound. DON'T spend big on relievers, it's a waste.
